Rediscover Town Square Event & Halloween

We had a blast this year at the Rediscover Town Square Event here in Golden Valley, where all the local businesses came together to show off all the new things that are happening here.  It was the great unveiling of our new remodel, and we are so proud of the results.  We also had our Halloween merchandise out for perusal, with tons of fun gifts and decorations to get everyone in the spooky spirit.  This hanging ghost is truly gigantic, at over 18' long!

These awesome intergeneric orchids have the most unique-looking flowers you won't find at the grocery store.  This photo also shows our new ceiling!

These were for a masculine birthday present, full of great fall colors.

Orchid stems provide the focal point for this fun bubble bowl arrangement also featuring white stock, hydrangea, and white peonies.

While We Were Remodeling...

Even with all the remodeling going on, and getting ready for the fall/holiday season, we had lots of stuff going on here at Best Wishes, from weddings to funerals and events of all kinds.  Here's some fun sunflower arrangements we made for an event at the Governor's Mansion in St. Paul.

Sunflower, hydrangea, snapdragon, a pink rose and some purple bullet allium in a cube vase make a nice colorful accent for the center of the table.

A larger arrangement for the buffet table.

Wedding cake flowers with white roses, craspedia, and dahlias.

Need centerpieces?  This is what 60 look like, all loaded into the van for delivery!

A unique bridal bouquet close-up, with lavender, purple stock, allium, roses, leucodendron, and seeded eucalyptus.

A close up of a pew decoration for the same wedding, playing of the theme of white roses, leucodendron, and pretty purple shades of stock.

A vased arrangement for a funeral service.

Another funeral service, this plant basket with spathiphyllum , african violet, ivy, also has fresh-cut button mums, monte casino asters, and liatris to make a very beautiful combination.

This colorful mix featuring our locally-grown Len Busch red roses would be great for an anniversary, birthday, or on a buffet table at your next event.

One of our customers wanted to give plants as a housewarming gift, but had a few napkins she wanted us to incorporate.  We put them together to make an elegant gift I'm sure made a good impression.

Personal flowers for a wedding.  The theme for these was classic sophistication with a touch of glam, with preserved maple leaves, and those great Len Busch roses.
